Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Eagle Epoxy website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the Province of Ontario.

2. Scope of Services Eagle Epoxy provides professional epoxy flooring and concrete coating installations. All projects are subject to a formal written quote outlining the specific scope of work, materials, and estimated timeline.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your project date.

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges or late fees.

4. Client Responsibilities To ensure a successful installation, clients must:

Provide clear access to the work area.

Ensure all personal items and vehicles are removed from the floor prior to our arrival.

Provide access to standard electrical outlets (110V) and water.

5. Limitation of Liability Eagle Epoxy is not liable for pre-existing structural damage to concrete, moisture-related failures not disclosed prior to application, or delays caused by unforeseen weather conditions. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
